For the group's interest:

I sent my R4 with faulty shutter and need for new body light seals to Leica
NJ on 06/09. On 06/20 I received a letter dated 06/15 agreeing the work
needed and stating that the priority was 8-10 weeks (no one asked me what
the priority was so they must have presumed 'low' as I wasn't shouting). The
scheduled date on the Work ticket is 08/21. The cost will be 332.50USD.

I would have liked it quicker and cheaper but if the work is done well and
the camera works as it has for another 15 years then I will not complain.
