Get a projector; any projector. They can be had for very little money used.
Try to get a bright one if there is a choice, and one that has fairly even
illumination from center to corner. A newly painted white wall works well
if a good quality screen isn't available. A cheap beaded screen is usually
worse than a good wall if the room is dark.

As far as exposure is concerned, shoot the shots that look good to you.
Velvia needs sufficient exposure to get detail in the shadows, but doesn't
overexpose easily. Kodachrome overexposes easily but hold shadow detail
well. Most 100 speed E6 films fall in between. How you set your meter
depends on how you point it and what looks good to you. Other people can't
help you with this.
