"Sounds intriguing, although the Tall Ships take-over of Boston is a pretty
chaotic affair in terms of traffic, parking, getting in and out of town,
etc. etc..." - B.D.

Don't worry about a big spectator turnout in Portland. There'll be nobody
left. Every tall ship voyeur in the Western Hemisphere was on my Commuter
Rail train this morning. Many were not happy in the cramped, stuffy,
overcrowded conditions. Self-imposed "tall ship rage" will eliminate them
all by the end of the week.
