Yes.

Leica and Linhof will join-venture in order to produce a 4x5" autofocus
camera with a digital back produced by Nikon.

Moreover Mercedes bought Leica today and announced that the Swatch Smart
will now be produced using Leica QC and sold under the "M6 Mobile" name.

Last, Leica announced they will drop rangefinder cameras in order to focus
on R8 sales with a new R8s version without P and S modes.
