Subject: [Leica] Leica QC & Customer Service - Update

I have just received a memo from Leica USA in NJ re the jammed shutter in my 
3 month old Leica M6 TTL.  It will take them 4-6 weeks to test and repair it. 
 That will be  7-9 weeks of downtime for a brand new $2000 camera in its 
first half year of life!  I am glad I have a Leicaflex SL to keep me occupied!
