Hi Peter,

The Summicron ASPH is a great lens, but so is the non-ASPH. There may be
differences, but, frankly, I don't think they can be all that visible
especially where the lenses are stopped down.

I do have a Summicron ASPH. But if I had begun with a non-ASPH, I would have
kept it and saved myself some money. I'd spend the money on a nice trip or
something.
