Miro,

I am certainly no R expert but what you describe sounds like a lens
problem. Every SLR I have seen basically releases pressure on the
diapharam actuating arm and the speed of the lens diaphram closing is
dependent upon the internals of the lens. 

Do you have more than one lens to try this?
