You know, between Kindermann and now Lisle Kelco, we seem to be
extraordinarily well served on the service front, here in the land of the
perpetual cold front.

That's encouraging news, Ted.  But I have to ask - did they maybe have some
idea of how miserable you can get in the face of poor Leica service?
