Hi Steve,

you're my man! The best of becoming "older" is never to think old and do
ll the crazy things you want to do when you were young and had a family
to worry about.

I did my first and only solo parachute jump a month after I turned 65,
why not. If I'd waited until I was 66 I'd have been deemed tooooooooo
old! ;-)

The only regret I had on the jump was I didn't take a Leica with me but
I figured I'd need all my concentration on landing and not killing
myself. Well I actually told myself, "Well Ok when you do the next jump
take the Leica with you. "

After the first relatively successful one, I figured I should retire
while batting a thousand and not "risk breaking the camera on the next
one." :-) The truth is I "chickened out!"
