I use the Sekonic L508.  Is is large but has all the features one would
want:

Incident metering
Reflective metering with a zoom range for varying degrees of spot coverage
Cord flash metering
Separate flash metering
Aperture priority and shutter priority metering
EV readout as opposed to shutter speed/aperture
Automatic backlight for low light usage

As I say, it is big but is very accurate and suitable for nearly every
application you could encounter.
