Millenium has the M3-style rewind (i.e., no crank.)
LHSA has the M4-style crank.
Millenium red dot; LHSA, black dot.
LHSA available in both .72 and .85.
Orders for both are closed unless you can find a dealer that has some 
unsold stock of the Millenium or unspoken orders for LHSA. Do a 
search for completed auctions on eBay for an idea of what these are 
selling for.

Millenium was 2000 pcs, the LHSA approx. 1100.
