I am not certain about the rules in Portland, but if in Philadelphia you see
on the street someone wearing a Leica who answers to Kyle, very quietly turn
around and slowly move away.

As a person from the old I am rather amused about the tips how to behave
in the barely civilised djungles of Central Europe. 

What are the correspnding tips for Philadelphia or Portland? Not that I
am planning to go there in the near future, but I am curious.
