I've been looking at the PDF on the site for the O. camera.

In a way it is like the Hasselblad superwide. A simple life support system for a
lens. And an interesting lens it is too:

"Powerful optics The lens construction is also faithful O. he original –a Leitz
Anastigmat 50 mm f/3.5 in a collapsible mount with a bayone lock for he extended
position. Its optical performance is comparable that of he later Elmar 50 mm
f/3.5,in fact it sometimes surpasses it."

The viscral feeling of putting the leather lens cap against the lens as you wind
it i could maybe live without.

I wonder if people just pressed the camera up against their shirt. Or their
saber tooth tiger vests... As they wound it instead of fumbling for the dangly
leather disk? I bet they did.

This lens intriges me. Always has.
