LUGers,
Maybe this is old but did you see Herbert Keppler’s article “SLR – Are
the sacrifices we make to use an SLR worth it?” (page 27) in the June
’00 issue of “Popular Photography.” He makes a solid case for the Leica,
Hexar and Bessa. Then on page 45 there’s an article about a young
photographer named Wayne Heller. Heller uses an M6 with lots of neat
lenses, an F100 and a D1. Sounds like a very eager and enthusiastic
young man.
