Austin Franklin asked whether anyone has heard of a 90/1.0 R. I wonder if
this is an adapted 90mm ELCAN produced for the US Navy, but (according to
Lager - Illustrated Guide III, p44) in M mount only without rangefinder
coupling and with extension rings fixing focus at 50 meters, 100 meters amd
infinity. Lager shows a US Navy photo of the ELCAN on an M4 and notes that
Popular Photography (June 1975, p42) has a photo of one mounted on an M2.
