Subject: [Leica] OT: Arca Swiss B1 tension screw locked
From: Pete Su <psu_13@yahoo.com>

I just bought a brandy new Arca Ball head.

While it is a thing of beauty, I can't make the minimum tension adjustment
screw work. The large main tension knob is fine. But no matter what I do
(loosen tension, tighten tension, whatever) the smaller thumbscrew is locked in
place. It is my understanding that this set screw should turn easily with just
your thumb nail, so I am confused.

Anyone have advice? I'd hate to have to send this back for such a seemingly
trivial fault.

Thanks
Pete
