Great pic of Trudeau!!

I was curious as to how an image taken in '68 finds its way onto the
Globe and Mail website in 2000.
The credit line reads Ted Grant/CP.Were you working for the wire in
those days ?? If so,and assuming that the Globe was a subscriber at the
time,are they alowed to archive the pic in their files for future use.
Hopefully compensation is due to the photog!!
