Hi Douglas,

I have not seen a spotmeter with a decent low end EV range, I have the 
Minolta and find that I regularly at its threshold of measurement for naturally 
lit indoor work:

Minolta Spotmeter F EV1 to EV22.5
Pentax Spotmeter V EV 1 to 19
Pentax Digital Spometer Ev 1 To 20
