Subject: [Leica] Thin extension rings?

Are there thin extension rings for either R or Visoflex systems?  I want to
get a little closer than the 3m for the 200mm f/4 Telyt and 6m for the 280mm
f/4.8 Telyt lenses I use on my R7, but the macro-adapters is too expensive
and too thick.  25mm is also too thick.  I'm thinking perhaps somewhere in
the 5mm-10mm region, that will bring close focussing distance down a little,
but still provide some reach out to 20m or so.
