Go to a photo flea market or junk shop. Buy a truly yucky polarising filter.
Take it apart. Voila! My....I mean the Phantom's...exhaustive technical
wizardry was to show how silly the "shareware" pricing is. If we all chipped
in we could buy one sheet of polarising gel and parcel it out. Yikes!
Socialism is running amuck!

PS: Count me out, I am happy enough with my finder and the few times it
flares, I use my finger to partially block the frameline illumination
window. That way I get my cake (bright finder 99% of the time) and eat it
too!
