You are right it cannot be REPLACED with a NOS M2 finder as there are
virtually none left. The later finder (after 105x xxx or so) can have its
finder mask set replaced with a six frame set from the M4-P. The earlier
finder is of a different design (the masks are in a different location) and
there are no parts available. Both can also be repaired, to a limited extent
by the companies I listed earlier.
