The question about lens hoods for the Cannon screw mount lenses come up every now
and then on the Lug. I have an 85mm f1.9 and a 135 f3.5 lens. Both of this lenses
have a 48mm filter thread. With a 48 to 49mm adapter, Inexpensive Pentax lens
hoods can be used.

For the 85 mm lens I use a pentax 100/105mm hood. there is no vigneting as far as
I can see.
For the 135mm lens I use a Pentax 135/150mm hood. I just found a 135mm hood at
Thomson Photo for sale .Have a look at:

 http://www.thompsonphoto.com/usd/pentax.html

there is the following line under Pentax used equipment:

902804 PENTAX HOOD 49 135/150/200 8/9 $7.00

I hope this will help someone.

Regards, Horst Schmidt
