Subject: [Leica] problems with 1/1000e

A french Leica dealer told me that I have a problem at high speed  with my
M4, particularly the  highest one : the shutter does not seems to "open" at
this speed. But I saw light when I depress the button, "back door" opened.
So, dear LUGers, do I really have a problem, or not?
Second question : is it worth to buy Leica's in New York, where I go
tomorrow, and where?
