Leonid Treskunov (Trescam@aol.com)recently CLAed a Zorki C for me for
$85. He is very highly regarded on the Russian & Ukranian Camera
Users' Forum. This is obviously much more than a replacement would
cost, but now I have a smoothly operating 45 year old camera rather than an
unrepaired replacement that might not function well for very long.

I had originally bought the camera at a flea market for $40 for it's
Elmar-clone 50 mm Industrar, intending it for occasional use on my IIIa.
Unfortunately, it doesn't fit that body, although it works fine on my
IIIf--so much for the precision of Soviet LTM lens mounts.

I'm thinking of dedicating the body exclusively to a Voightländer/Cosina
15 mm. Heliar where the odd triangular Zorki RF cam shouldn't be a drawback.
The only downside is that the Leica cassettes I normally use don't fit.
