DDD was a famous Leica heretic.  As the story goes, he was in Tokyo where they
were giving away Nikkor lenses.  He picked up an 85/2, tried it and sold the
rest of his Leica M39 lenses for M39 lenses from Nikon.  Presumably, he did
the same with the Canon LTM and the Zeiss LTM.
