That's what fanny packs are for: pull one Leica out, drop the other in.  I also clip shoulder stocks (with telyt+SL attached) to my belt, one on either side, using fastex buckles.  I end up looking like a walking camera swap meet but I'm prepared for anything (except being charged by a grizzly).
