Get a sheet of 3/4 inch exterior plywood like used for subfloors in 
houses.

Cut out the parts, screw it together, cut your drain holes and holes for 
the water supply if appropriate. 

Coat it with several coats of marine epoxy resin. 
Call it a sink.

Maybe even glue it together with epoxy resin.

Or cover all the parts with resin and glass cloth then assemble and 
recoat.
(if you love fiberglass work)

You can color the resin or paint it after you're done.

Or B&H sells both plastic and metal sinks ready to use.
