Subject: [Leica] Hood for Tele-Elmarit (Skinny)

The rubber lens hood on my 10 year old Tele-Elmarit has worn out and is
falling apart.  Leica USA sells a replacement with cap, rings and all for
US$112.  That's a lot for a cheesy rubber hood.  Does anyone have any
suggestions for a hood and cap combination for this lens?  By the way, I
have always found this lens to be sharp and contrasty, with no flare, in the
true Leica tradition.
