That's all very true, but Xtol has some 'requirements' that other developers
that someone may have used do not, and these 'requirements' aren't
necessarily obvious.  Some people may miss them, even if they read the data
sheet word for word.

As you are saying, nothing substitutes for experience, and that is why
people (my self included) seek the experience of others who have gone down
the same path.  Nothing wrong with asking what to look out for.

Also, talking about this can introduce some to this (or any) subject, and
can help motivate people to go do it, as well as relieve some fears they
might have about trying a new process.
