In addition, there was a Leica badged Novoflex grip, but with a non-removable Leica R mount and, possibly, a totally different mount for the lens heads. I have a Novoflex 3.8/200 with 1.5x extender, but I do not really like the grip focussing. Great for following fast subjects, but the muscles get tired when you keep the focus for short while. For this reason I prefer Leica's own design with the sliding tubes. When you pass airport security checks, pull out the Novoflex slowly :-) Hans-Peter
