If you are refering to a broker within a financial instituion, I suspect he
would not be using eBay!  I'll check with Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs,
Lehman Brothers et al and get back to you on that one.  Perhaps they now use
eBay and fully embrace the internet pssibilities for brokering.
