Which quality issue? Quality control, yes. 
But please notice e.g. Minox Riga, sire ;)

WHICH Jupiter lense?

Jupiter 3 (1.5/50) - of course
Jupiter 8 (2/50) - of course
Jupiter 9 (2/85) - of course
Jupiter 11(4/135)- of course
Jupiter 12 (2.8/35) - you can put it on, and, according to 
many authorities (as far as I remember, Marc too..)
it will also accurately meter despite long protruding
part. Dont try it with CL(E)/M5 though...

PS
Is "lense" a descendent from German "linse" ?
What happened to good ol' "lens" ?
