I would love to disagree. At least partially.
Screwing is actually a fastest part of changing lens.
Except when you have lens at the table in front of you :)

In Real World you have to look for lens in your bag, 
find it, take off covers...

And I don't see a need for fast changing lenses with
rangefinder....
