Subject: [Leica] Re:135mm f/2.8 lens for M camera

Hello:

I have a chance to buy a mint 135 f/2.8 lens, manufactured in Wetzlar, at a
very attractive price. I would use it on my M6. The lens is the non-goggled
version.

I read the archives and saw very little commentary about this lens. Most of
the commentary and many superlatives referred to the f/4.0 versions of the
lens.

I'd like input on the 135/2.8. Is it not considered to be one of Leica M's
better lenses in the 135 mm category?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Irving
