Have any of you had problems ordering Leica stuff from CambridgeWorld?

I placed an order by phone for some Leica-related stuff more than 2 weeks 
ago. The salesperson twice clarified that the items were in stock according 
to his computer. I followed up with several emails to their customer service

requesting info on the status of my order. I wanted to know whether they 
were able to fulfill the order since one of the items was a gift. I received

no response from them and my credit card has yet to be billed. Due to work, 
I haven't had the opportunity to followup with a phone call. I will try that

today.
