Now this may be the most Leica like MF camera available new. 
645 gives you 16 from 120 and 32 from 220 film.
I got to shoot a roll of Delta 3200 through one of these a couple of 
weeks ago. It is very compact and very solid handling. In horizontal mode 
it shoots verticals, you have to turn it on its side for a horizontal 
picture. Good finder, nice to operate. Standard is a 65mm lens which is 
about a 35 to 40 equivalent on a 35mm camera.
The lens is pretty good judging from the little I used it. 
Worth checking out.
