There used to be more, but several of the links have been broken.

The penultimate link is cool little page with an applet/script where you can
play with how the bokeh is rendered.

The last of these three links is a PDF file (you'll need Acrobat Reader
(free) from Adobe to view it) and is Harold Merklinger's article from Photo
Techniques (US) about bokeh.
