My comment, and Jim's response, was to show that failing to discuss social
or political issues openly and freely leaves us blind to an important part
of our heritage as well as being defenseless against those with a strongly
developed analysis of their own.  I wasn't suggesting anything about who is
"right" or "wrong", simply suggesting the importance of fully analyzing
photographs.
