I understand, also, the age and worth of Konica and I have used their
products over the years with great satisfaction.  However, the corporate
entity of Leitz/Leica is older, and that should be established for all time
and not be subject to further revisionism.  Leitz/Leica (1849) and Carl
Zeiss (1846) and Voigtländer (1756) are all older than Konica.
