I love using the 25mm Voigtlander, but I would prefer it if the focusing was coupled to the rangefinder. In my position, which of the two lenses would you go for? I look forward to your advice and comments XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Without doubt the 21mm --- no question -- more bang for your buck ;-) Seriously, you will be selling the 15, and the 21 slots in nicely between the 15 and 25 -- covering most of those two, and as Henning can tell you, you can then add the 12mm asph.
