Hello everyone - I already have a tabletop tripod and have decided that the
time has come to get a full-size tripod.  It has to be able to travel, and I
was wondering if any of you had hit upon the right combination of features,
portability and rigidity, and whether you had any thoughts regarding
aluminum vs. carbon fiber.  Best regards, Noel.
