Just wondering....if gear does not arrive from one country to another through
"official channels," then how does it arrive?  The parent company must be selling
it to someone who is not an official channel, right?  Is this.....a guy pulling up
to the loading dock with a van at mid-night and getting stuff cash only or is
there some other legitimate way of transacting business that just doesn't meet the
"offical channels" definitinon?
