Kyle, in the case you still have your negs in the long roll I suggest you to
wash it as the final wash when processing.
If it is not the case you can work on some film cleaner, i.e.. Kodak, and
carefully wipe them....

At last, take your scanner also within the vacuum bag and get some brand new
artistic look...

PS: I thought that dirty negs only took place in the Third World
countries...
