I do not think so as the darn things were handmade. I have seen several M6J
cameras sold as body only so there must be some kicking around. You could
just find an old case for an M3 (14528 or IDCOO).

These chaps also make cases and have one with a lens snout of just 25mm. I
am also sure they would be less expensive than the Leica one as well:
