I see no grain, but I do see horizontal lines most probably caused by the
scanner.

I Suggest you do two things....

1: Have print made at a lab and,
2: Have the neg(s) scanned by a very good scanner....
then compare the the results with your existing scans. With the amount of
banding evident in your images, I would be very surprised if the problem is
anything but the scanner.
