On page 123 of the Sartorius book on Leica cameras, an early style body
cap is shown on the Leicaflex. On the subsequent pages, the current
style of bodycap is displayed.

How long was the bodycap seen on page 123, with Leitz imprinted on it,
in production? 
Is that the original bodycap for the whole Leicaflex series, from the
standard to the SL2?
