Suggest Ibuprofen first, just in case!  I loved the F1 aperture, but lugging
the camera around was a drag..... of course, this may not bother you.....
The idea of a grip is also a good one..... I suggest the Abrahamsson grip is
quite nice. My preference is for the GMPGrip, now discontinued..... The
Leica grip is considered a third place finisher...

Ad to this a wrist strap from the tripod screw to the right wrist and you
have n unbelievably nice combo.....

 Why not go to a dealer that has a Noctilux and walk around
the store for an hour with it around your neck.
