Richard Feyneman was on the Challenger Commission and was the one who
brought forward the issues of the O-rings on the boosters, doing your basic
science demo for the committee on what happened to the O-rings.

He's the Nobel-lauriat who developed Quantum Electro Dynamics and wrote the
fabulous texts of physics. He was a professor of Physics at Cal Tech.
