IMO the .58 is fantastic with 28, 35 and 50mm lenses.  I don't own a Noct (yet...) but I have no trouble with any of the shorter lenses or the 50 'cron.  The 35mm frame on the .58 is the nicest view since the M2, due to the deletion of the 135 frame line.  If I'm using a 75, 90 or 135 I prefer the .85 finder.  My .58 preference may be biased because I wear glasses, though.

Given your eyesight and stated lens preferences, though, I'd be inclined toward the .72.  The larger image does make framing and focussing easier, and the 35mm frame is completely usable without glasses.  I've always felt that the 50 on a .58 felt more like a short tele, which may not be the effect your after.
