Subject: [Leica] Help needed with viewfinder

Bonsoir Scott,

As for being able to see the entire field of view with a 35mm lens on
an M2, my suggestion is as follow. I wear glasses, so I simply use a
35mm lens with goggles for M3 on a Leica M5. This combination reduces
the accuracy of the rangefinder (just as it does on an M3) but it is
accurate enough so far as I can tell. In the case of the M5 you also get
the bonus of the metering field visible in the finder.

You may want to give it a try, it works for me.

  Regards,

  Robert (Un chevalier sans blason)
